Delivery & Returns

Is there a delivery charge?

We have a fleet of over 50 vehicles that make scheduled deliveries nationwide, free of charge.

Should you require delivery on a specific day when our vehicles are not scheduled to make deliveries in your area, or timed deliveries, this can be arranged but will incur a small charge.

For Next Day deliveries, free delivery is also applicable as long as our vehicles are making scheduled stops in your area. If our vehicles are not due in your area on that day, we can arrange for a courier to deliver the order instead for a small charge.


Our Standard Delivery

We aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days of the order being placed however the exact day will be dependent on your location and when our vehicles are scheduled to be in your area. You can choose to have Next Day or timed deliveries if you require goods for a specific date or time.


Next Day & Timed Deliveries

We do offer a next day delivery service, and if your order is placed before 12pm noon and our vehicles are scheduled to be in your area the next day, delivery will be free of charge.

If our vehicles are not scheduled to be in your area on the day required then we can arrange for a courier to make the delivery, with the following charges applicable:

  • Next Day by 9am: £25 (up to 20Kg)
  • Next Day by 10am: £20 (up to 20Kg)
  • Next Day by 12pm noon: £15 (up to 20Kg)
  • Next Day by 5.30pm: £12 (up to 20Kg)
  • Saturday delivery: £30 (up to 20Kg)

Please note: for Next Day deliveries made by courier your order needs to be placed by 2pm.


Cut-off times for ordering and delivery

Orders that require Next day delivery will need to be placed before 12pm noon, in order for goods to be delivered the next day.

If you require delivery by courier for the next day your order must be with us by 2pm.


Bank Holidays

We do not deliver on Bank Holidays, but your order will be scheduled for delivery on the next available day, to be delivered within 5 working days.


Delivery points

Goods will be delivered to the address and delivery points that you specify when placing the order.


On the day of delivery

On the day of delivery please ensure that someone is waiting to receive the goods at the specified delivery point. Our drivers will unload the goods from the vehicle and will need a signature to confirm that your delivery has been received.


Missing or Late Deliveries

If we foresee that your order is going to be late, due to adverse weather or traffic conditions for example, we will always endeavour to contact you to notify you of the delay.

If your order has failed to be delivered by 2pm on your scheduled delivery day please contact our Customer Services team on 01530 830830 and they will be able to track your order and update you on the delivery status.


Incorrect / incomplete / damaged deliveries

If you find that your order is incorrect, incomplete or damaged please contact our Customer Services team within 5 working days on 01530 830830. They will investigate and keep you fully informed whilst the matter is resolved.

Emergency deliveries

In urgent cases, we can arrange for same day deliveries or timed deliveries using our vehicles, subject to authorisation and an additional charge.

If you’d prefer to pay for a courier delivery then this does not need authorisation however there will be an associated cost that is dependent on the size of the order and where goods need to be delivered to.


Our Returns Policy

Unopened products, faulty or damaged stock can be returned to us free of charge (at our discretion) and we will issue a full credit. Should you have stock that needs to be returned please contact us within a 30 day period and we will arrange one of our delivery vehicles to collect the affected goods from you.

If the goods have been opened or damaged once in your possession, you can still request for the goods to be returned but there will be a charge for collection.

Please note: the product category and length of time that the goods have been kept by the customer will determine if a return and credit can be authorised. You should notify us within 30 days of the goods being delivered to you in order for a Returns request to be considered.
